We structure each consulting engagement to meet your needs beginning with a proposal that includes a needs analysis and an outline of the benefits our services can offer.
We identify the resources and the key program phases, and define milestones, deliverables, and budget requirements. With your approval of the program, we develop a mutually agreed-upon performance schedule, and execute it.
Our engagements range from single projects to multi-person programs and interim staff appointments. Depending on your needs and the scale and type of project, we can bill our services on a time-and-materials, monthly retainer, or fixed-price basis. Typically, we require a portion of the fees in the form of a project initiation fee, with balances invoiced monthly or per approved milestones.

Lee spent 10 years at Sun Microsystems. As European Business Development Manager, Lee was responsible for marketing strategy, sales implementation, partnership recruiting, and promotional efforts for Internet Solutions and Customer Management Solutions.

Lee’s prior experience also includes working for SRI International as well as establishing her own consulting company.

Lee serves on the advisory Boards for IDO Systems, Real Communities, and Crescent Management, and is a member of the Board of Directors for Verstand Systems, Inc.
